By accessing or using GSM Swap's B2B electronics trading platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

Use License

Auction Participation

By participating in auctions on our platform, you agree to abide by all auction rules and regulations. Bids placed are binding commitments. You are responsible for ensuring you have the financial capacity to complete any transaction resulting from a winning bid.

Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified for each transaction. Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension, cancellation of orders, and legal action to recover amounts owed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GSM Swap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on GSM Swap's platform.

GSM Swap may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
